They seem to be driving men passengers on flights insane with lust. The union representing cabin crew complaints, say the blouses are too short, showing off too much flesh, and the skirts are too tight-fitting. Since the introduction three years ago the problem of sexual harassement continues. A study by Hong Kong's Equal Opportunities Commission in February found that 27 per cent of Hong Kong attendants had been sexually harassed on flights during the last 12 months.
