Why not go with a tankless water heater? I had that done at the family house. We bought it at Tesco and they had a list of people who would come and do it. Even had a ground wire run. The installer said no need. My father in law said yes, it needs one. Good luck in your quest

My thai wife likes milk, only problem is there are after effects to her drinking milk... I believe she is lactose intolerent. Sp? Dean when my wife bought the car in Thailand it came out of her salary that I paid her for working with me. I helped her with the down payment. Her and her brother set up the deal at the dealer in Bangkok. Heck I don't even know where the dealership is.. Thank goodness my wife does not want another car. Well not here in the states. We got the car paid for in Thailand a year and a half ago. She knows that our work has been slow, so I don't hear we need another car or new home.. Thank goodness

Take a small tube and lower into the tank. Then suck on the line to get the prime started so it can come up the line. Drain it into a cup and you can tell if it is water or gas. Or the easy way. take the fuel line off at the tank and let it drain out.
