Old Hippie
Interested in a program that will allow me to edit my digital video and burn it onto a CDrw or a DVDrw. Thanks!
solar
I've been using Adobe Premiere for about 4/5 years now and find it superb. It may be a bit 'over the top' for the casual user, as there is quite a learning curve initially. You'll also require some kind of DV capture card. I have the Pinnacle DV500+. I know some people are not impressed by the support offered by Pinnacle, so swear by Matrox, but I understand that their cards are extremely picky about which video cards they work with. You should be able to get Premiere bundled with the capture card if you haven't got one already.

Coss
On a Mac the iMovie/iDVD package that comes with OSX and if your macs got a DVD writer in it, is the best and easiest to use. If no Mac, nevermind...
