They used to have a pretty comprehensive tour in English one morning per week with a docent. Ditto the Vinmamek/Jim Thompson houses recommendations. Also, Kanchanaburi, river Kwai, Erawan falls, train ride etc...Ayuttatya is also great, as is Lopburi, monkey cave etc...! maybe try buying a travel book like lonely planet, and see what strikes your fancy!
