Wure would like to find out what the garlic flavoured root of a thousand tenacles is, never seen it or dozens of other stuff before. We should conspire with the gorls to write a Guide to Stuff You never Believed You Could Eat. Enjoy your hiking. Just remember its big time HUNTING SEASON there now. Go florescent. That is about the only ingredient I can not find here in California. That and the very tiny eggplants that look like peppers on a string. We will be in Denali Nat Park, so a fair chance there won't be hunters. I will still watch out for WA in the strip bars in Anchorage. Don't recall him posting recently....
