Simple my dear Zaad.

If the seeds are on the inside of the fruit......it's a fruit.

If ther are on the outside it's vegetable.

Now what's so difficult about that.

And fruitables are made by Fruit of the Loom :grinyes: whos seeds are definately on the inside. :cover:

The real definitive answer is this: The all powerful and all knowing United States Federal Government ruled, during the Regan era, that tomatoes are a vegetable. That way catsup counts as a vegetable in the Federal school lunch program mandate. Delicious and nutritious. Well, neither actually!

Hell, I learned that the tomato is a fruit way back in my high school. The American Heritage Dictionary, which is to American English what the Oxford Dictionary is to British English, claims that the tomato IS a FRUIT and NOT NOT NOT a veggie.
