Guest Posted December 22, 2003 Report Share Posted December 22, 2003 PSILVERS here... If the concern is to pay the 10K so that the girls get 1/2 why not just give her the entire 10K. If the concern is to be able to get the salary, pay the appropriate bar fine up until she gets paid. 10K pays many days of bar fines. If the number of days results in more than 10K, then there wouldn't be much salary/drinks lost if the entire 10K was given directly to her. From what I have heard, if she hasn't done something to piss off someone like the manager/owner, she will be able to return to the same bar regardless. I am sure this is not true in every bar, though. The bar management will not want someone look elsewhere if they bring in customers and generate income for the bar.
