Oscar
I asked about this a year or two ago and had no luck, maybe someone has started selling it by now?. I'm after whole slabs of it, either cooked or ready to be. An Aussie butcher in Angeles City is selling it in "ready to boil bags" imported from Oz, surely it's available somewhere in Bangkok with a much larger expat community than there. It's still nowhere to be found in Pattaya... Thanks for any help any other corned beef and cabbage fans. Oscar.
Old Hippie
You might try Tops Market in WTC or Emporium, seems I recall seeing it there. These to locations seem to have more/higher end stuff than other tops locations.

bangkokbutcher
>>>maybe the they only know the recipe for it as a cooked product<<< or perhaps they are trying to protect their recipe from competitors...
