The third one is a bit trickier...I like Thai food -- but I think I like Indian food better so I picked that one as number three (and I'm quite surprised no one else has chosen Indian food so far). Pierre, you absentmindedly omitted nouvelle "Scottish" cuisine too , for which I'm sure a lot of judicious posters would have plumped, given the option. Deep Fried Mars Bar and Chips, washed down with a Tesco's bottle of Scotch, and a crisp packet full of glue in a derelict alleyway for afters ? yum, yum!
