Can't eat the food

I think a rich burgundy would be wasted on rat.

Would serve a red, something a bit fruity. Like some of those blends that come out of california (flora springs trilogy). If it's got spicy sauce, wonder how an acidic chianti would go.

Course, I really haven't had a glass of wine in quite some time

It's what we in the West call Dog Shark , a traditional fish used in British F&C shops.

While a member of the shark family they are not the BIG fellas (about the size of a Cod) and AFAIK not on any protected or endangered list.

Hi

Just told once by someone that if you just order ""fishNchips"" ..not say ..snapper or cod..you get shark.

Maybe they are joking :dunno:

With all the batter whom knows what it is..maybe rat :D

BTW..we have had about three shark attacks so far this summer..no deaths....one was way up a river..no sharks there for many many years.

We are ver weary here of sharks...we all love the water.

She cooks Tom Yum for me ..takes the heads out before reaching the table

Best, most delicious, part is not the tails but the brains. Honestly!

Try this when you're ready for a true culinary feast:

1) Tell the wife to keep 'em on.

2) Marshall all your strengths, sit down and bust off the heads, purse your lips and suck that tasty nector over your palate.

3) *insert epiphany here* What you savor will change the way you 'see' those heads forevermore-- a gourmands' delicacy.
