Guest Posted May 12, 2004 Report Share Posted May 12, 2004 Zaad, you can predict the finalists, winner, score as the tournament moves along but whoever picks it before the tournament starts gets maximum points, after first round 60%, then 30% etc. Just a thought, it worked well in the past as it's the ultimate joker card. Zaad Posted May 12, 2004 Author Report Share Posted May 12, 2004 Hi Roppongi, As for now the predictors are asked to predict all the games as the tournament moves along, so IMO picking the winner DURING the tournament would be useless since predicting the score automatically means "predicting the winner". However, the idea of chosing for example 8 quarter-finalists, 4 semi-finalists, 2 finalists and 1 winner (as bonus points) BEFORE the start of the tournament sounds interesting. Guys, Please let me hear what you think of the idea. Keep things the way they are now (predicting results only) or add the possibility of receiving bonus points by predicting winners for each round as well? Thanks for the suggestion Roppongi.
