Goodthaigirl
HIGH THAIED said:Fuck = shower head I think you mean "fuck bua" ½Ñ¡ºÑÇna ka. This word has a different tone and a different written form from the word "pumpkin"¿Ñ¡·Ã§ . 'Shower head' has 'lower' tone.
Goodthaigirl
Prick = ¾ÃÔ¡ = chilli I had to refrain from saying the word when grocery shopping at Oriental supermarket overseas with my Thai friends. :onfire:

Guest
'Fun' also = 'dream' in Thai (fun dee na = have a nice dream/dream good).
Chanchao
> 'Fun' also = 'dream' in Thai (fun dee na = have a > nice dream/dream good). Not to mention slang for 'fuck'. ;-) How did you all miss that one.. Means 'to slice', 'to stab' and is the same word (same tone and all) as the one meaning tooth/teeth. 'Fun' is even used in some risque songs in that way, like lyrics going English 'fun fun fun' but the hidding meaning is not lost of course.. On a slightly related note: anyone interested in a fun Isarn song in mp3 that seems to substitute 'het' for 'yed'? (meaning 'to do' or 'to make' in Lao, i.e. 'tham' in Central Thai) Cheers, Chanchao
