Sukhumvit
Current favourite recently viewed films: Dodgeball - v. funny. Welcome to Collinwood - another comedy, love the line "we need a Mullinski for a Bellini..." or the line where the blonde chick goes to see the old guy and he says "how did you find me?" to which she replies "you live here". Lusty
A few more I enjoyed immensly The Green mile Zulu (although now a bit dated) And a couple from big Clint,The Bridges of Maddison County(surely his finest performance)and The Good, the Bad and the Ugly which surely must have the best theme music of any western made and a fine performance by Eli Wallach.Didn't Eli Wallach win an Oscar for this ?Thanx
turk182
Some of my favourites Ronin.....Awsome car chases done around Paris for real. Blade runner..... Great angle on the old marlow films. The old Marlow films. Monsters ball.....Closest I'll ever get to knowing what its like to shag Halle Berry. Casablanca....Already mentioned I think? But Bogart plays the coolest ex-pat bar owner ever. In the Thai version, at the end. Does she see him off at the airport? :: Oh yes nearly forgot. Turk182......Yup thats where the name came from a film
Lusty
Another couple I forgot to mention; The road to Pedition, again with Tom Hanks:bow:and Leon.Garry Oldman plays a brilliant baddie!
sayjann
have to disagree my Medway friend. i thought Leon was a great film and have always been a fan of Jean Reno and watch all his Films. Natalie Portman was outstanding in her debut but i thought Oldman was just over the top in his acting. spoils the film a little for me i'm afraid. never liked 'Road To Perdition' i hate Tom Hanks but thought the 'Green Mile' was oustanding. Belem
Funniest movie? IMO, "Meet the Parents"starring Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro. "Eating Raoul"back in the 80's was hillarious and is a guilty pleasure.
