Pharcyde
Just saw a really great move the other day. Its a mexican movie called "AmoresPerres". Three stories about love that interlink at a very rough car crash. Definately up there, top notch by the director, whats his name Narrita, or smth. Good job he wasn't a "Dick Tracy" fan, then. jack
Prosal
Fiery Jack said:Fargo Fargo was really good. Yet my fav Cohen bros movie remains Miller's Crossing. In the frenzy range, "Freeway" (with K.Sutherland) is the best I ever saw ... the plot is a very, very loose and wild retelling of the Red Riding Hood story : astonishing movie ::

sayjann
i also liked Fargo because i visited Minnesota during the Winter and could identify with the Film and the Weather. my favourite Coen Bros Film has to be 'Raising Arizona' early roles for Nicholas Cage and Holly Hunter and very funny in places. another favourite has to be 'Midnight Run' with De Niro in a comic role. but i also have a hug liking for a cult British film called 'The Wicker Man' filmed in places where i spent many happy hours and Britt Eckland gets her tits out........... Sukhumvit
Ah yes, Ronin. Forgot about that. What a great comedy that was. Robert De Niro had some great lines in it. Thinking of the scene where he catches out supposed ex Sas man Sean Bean and De Niro's going "what's the colour of the boathouse at 'Hairford'", "I ambush you with the fucking coffee" etc. Caused no end of tittering round our way. Prosal
Yes, 'Raising Arizona' was GREAT !!! Remember the final "dream" ? " ..... And it seemed real. It seemed like us. And it seemed like well ..... our home ..... if not Arizona, then a land, not too far away, where all parents are strong and wise and capable, and all children are happy and beloved ....... [color:"red"] I dunno, maybe it was Utah [/color] ."
