He's a young lad, I am sure he had no ill intent. With 150 000 people dead from the tidal wave, trouble in the middle east people should have more important things to worry about than what Harry wears to a private fancy dress party. I doubt he meant any malice but he has an Eton education, hes going to Sandhurst Officer training school, shouldn't he have a better grasp on history, i.e. the theme of the nights party, colonial/native?
