I noticed a correlation between the hue of the feces in the commode and my ingestion of Lucky Charms breakfast cereal (one of those guilty pleasures leftover from childhood). Per this slightly scinetific (LOL) website, it seems that US FDA approved yellow dye #5 & #6 and Blue #1 are the cuplrits. Methinks that any food additive that does not breakdown when going through the digestive tract has gotta be pretty vile. I think I shall avoid those dyes in the future! Guest Posted March 6, 2005 Report Share Posted March 6, 2005 I think that was more information that anyone needed... ...but, in the pursuit of research, why not try eating your Lucky Charms (an oxymoron?) after picking out all of either the blue or yellow charms...and eat your cereal with only the remaining color. Will you now have either yellow or blue colored turds? Inquiring minds probably don't really want to know...but in the name of science...what the heck!
