Seafood I believe is the main thing there, I think I ate there awhile back, but wonder how it is these days. Also, any other recomendations for nice places in that neck of the woods...? Thanks! samak Posted April 13, 2005 Report Share Posted April 13, 2005 made a review about Yok Yor in the reveiw system of our board. was on the Yok Yor Marina river cruise 2 weeks ago. both Yok Yor have good food at reasonable prices. Yok Yor Marina has some life music (thai and international), Yok Yor Klongsan a more nice terace. other restaurant in the areas: Ban Rim Nam (on the other side of Thaksin bridge); or the restaurants of Peninsula or the Thai restaurant of Oriental (but both much more expensive) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
New Petchburi Pete Posted April 15, 2005 Report Share Posted April 15, 2005 There's 2 Yuk Yor restaurants on the river ... ? possibly 3? Hop free ferry from River City area. Food is very good ... nice atmosphere (unless raining) & live entertainment. If the food on their cruise boat is as good as what's served in their restaurants, I'd like to try that sometime. I only tried one river cruise buffet promoted by a travel agent. The food was average at best ... forget the name though. It's common knowledge that some are better than others.
