Let me explain myself, I have to go back to LOS in July but since my favorite hotel (novotel lotus) is no more guest-friendly I have to find something else but: CLOSE to Sukhumvit soi 33. Samak's list is good. Anything from Samak is good There is also Ballys Studio (there's posting on the place here) on Soi Nam Thip 1 (connecting soi 20 to 22) that is pretty good value but it is a bit down the soi (very close to Admiral Suite). House by the Pond is nice. get into the older building. a one bedroom was about 11,000 baht per week. lovely place.
