chilli13
hey lighten up dont be a slave of one single app how fancy & popular it may be - rely on several i.e. yahoo im, icq on top of msm. you may also want to NOT always DL the very latest versions even MS tries to persuade you to UPGRADE. its all voluntarily, but if you deide to upgrade & dont like the new version be sure to have the installer of the previous(working) version handy
BlazingStarz
are u running Messenger Plus or Messenger Discovery as well ? They can cause problems, also when it is attempting to login hit the login online thing again as it is attempting to connect.

..
As I mentioned, mysteriously seems to be working now. No idea why as I did nothing that should have made it so. Oh well. IB, as for the upgrade. I generally do not upgrade unless I can see tangible benefits (i.e., I am still on Win2K vs XP) to me, but the MSM upgrade was required -- 6.2 is no longer allowed to log onto the network. Cheers, SD
