Man - you had to REALLY piss her off to get that our of her mouth, So - while in the pool, at our new almost Farang only apartment, while swimming with other very nice white kids. . . . YOU KATOEY. Crap I think , bad impression. Instead the kids playing with her ask "Whats a Katoey?" Dam, asking me where babies come from would be easier! So I say, "eerrrr, go over to your mum's (2 farang ladies by the pool edge) and ask them." Minutes later the ladies call me over. OH CRAP I think - now I am going to get it - silly bloody farang women going to abuse me for my kid saying Farng! I go over, "So, she your child" "yes' "So what is a Katoey?" Err - you don;t know? they didn;t! Told them it was a lady boy and ended up chatting with them for a few hours, nice ladies, nice kids, and I was amazed they knew so little of Thailand, but where basically nice ladies, who obviously where keen to get out! Hopwever, her niece who goes to school already learns her a few Thai ones and the worst she knows now is ; Hee. Pretty bad. It never helped me though, to chat up some nice ladies. A very derogatory word for muslim foreigner and one they will not appreciate to say the least. He then learnt a song in kindergarten, which goes something like this: Stop Stop you have stolen my heart Stop stop I want it back Only thing is that he has now replaced the word Heart in the lyrics with Perker and kept the personal pronoun it.
