chilli13 Posted August 16, 2005 Author Report Share Posted August 16, 2005 weather very nice most of the time & some worldclass food, drinks & sights were enjoyed even GF said food not much different than germany :: waffles fucking delicious along mussels in tom yam (or was it beer sauce?) hard to remember all details after several strong trappist, abbey or munk beers! main square or markt reminded me of madrid & there & elsewhere loads of naked woman around mostly in sculpture or statue form though! of course we saw mannekin piss & yes he is pretty cool. noticed bangkok restaurant(down the rd from metropole hotel) had som tam thai & lao reasonable priced, so will keep it in mind for next times... oh was the EU area ugly or what? at least with all the construction going on. royal palace was a beauty though & for free to boot over & out Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
