Like dont drink cold drinks as it stops milk production dont drink alcohol dont eat certain veggies as it is not good for milk production. Certain soups are better for milk production. FAT_AUSSIE Posted April 30, 2006 Report Share Posted April 30, 2006 My wife was suspiscious when she had my daughter, I can't remember what foods she was sus on but I know she never stopped eating chilli.
