Old Hippie
I seem to recall seeing 1-2 on Soi 3, sorry I can't be more specific, I just don't recall where...
Stickman
There is an African themed restaurant in Soi 33 called Livingstone?s. Great, good value steaks and some African dishes on the menu. I guess the food must be fairly authentic as I see a lot of Africans there every time I go.
samak
if you prefer a decent environment go to Livingstone's on Suk Soi 33 as described by Stickman. if you like it more authentic, there is a ethiopian restaurant on Suk Soi 3 just after the Grace called Abyssinia Cafe (or something like that). in opposite to Linvingstone you eat without fork and knife using the flat bread to grasp the stuff. have never heard of a carribean restaurant in BKK; but i recall that Bourbon Street and Trader Vic's Polynesian (Mariott resort) have some carribean dishes on the menu.
