Guest
Guys, I'm on a standard 30 day visa at the moment which expires on Sunday. If i go to the immigration office, will they extend for 30 days? Samui immigration used to, but now only offer 10 days for 1950b. Is it the same case here in BKK? Cheers Batty
..
Only 10 days. Better off doing a visa run. B2K (and 2 passport photos) all inclusive. Leave at 0700 and return by 1800. Regards, SD - feeling deja vu all over again

At least this is quick and comfy Nice one Batty
ultras67
theres another bus called qick visa or something like that about the same price. They dont to another border crossing so its quieter. Check the Post & Nation, there are adverts in the travel classifieds. Whatever you do, dont go at the weekend, it will be full of thais going to the casinos.
cavanami
Why the 2 photos? or does this get you a 90 day visa?
..
Cuz they want two photos and won't let you in without them? Dunno know why. The photos are NOT used on the visa sticker. This requirement is for any length visa. Cheers, SD
cavanami
Hmmm, I fly in to BKK, get my 30 day visa without any photos. When I was living/working in Taiwan, everytime you blinked your eye, you had to submit several pictures...I figured they put them on a dart board for some fun! ..
We are discussing Cambo here, not Thai... So to be clear, you need two photos for the Cambo visa which you need to obtain to enter Cambo (which Jack Golf does for you), which you need to do in order to leave Thailand, so you can re-enter Thailand and get another 30 days, for which you do not need two photos.
