Bangkoktraveler
If the paint has not been bought yet, then go buy some nice colors that her parents like for their house and say you got a real nice bargain on the color (you want) for the wall so you picked that up also. Back up the gift of paint for her parents with something nice for her. I Say you saw it just had to buy it for her. If you do it right, she will not even realize you got your own way. EmperorNeo
Aussie, you got a nice wife, big house and happiness... maybe you can just view it as a trade off. I understand your frustration but if she chose it then she likes it. Let her have it. You're a lucky guy :-)

thalenoi
Peach color, pale orange, pale yellow, fairly standard nowadays as a change to the eternal white which turnes into black after a few years. The gf just painted our new home (living room, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2) into flashing PEARL WHITE, vely original..... She was affraid the house owner might not like some pale orange.... It's a huge wall nearly eight feet at the back of the house and at the sides about forty meters long, so if you can imagine its a bloody big wall........ Is this post really about your colourful wife or is it just an opportunity to boast about the size of your wall and hence your property?
FAT_AUSSIE
No munchmaster. I give the size to signify the blight that my this wall is going to create. If it was'nt so f*cking big then it would'nt stand out like dogs balls and I would'nt have a problem. Sorted?
