Hi Limbo videos is exactly the same problem as uniforms we do provide : nurse waitress schoolgirl black lingerie , suspender stockings if i had to listen to all the guys , we should have: nonne police woman airport custom air flight attendant and so on .......... with the videos( you already got a choice of 10 dvds ) we should have : asian ladies black ladies transvesties sm watersport bondage videos and so on......... this 2 lists would be endless we are providing a basic and ask people wanting something else to bring them if it is clothes the ladies will wear it if it is videos just ask for them to be played i would need a room full of uniforms and a box full of videos to satisfy everybody which for sure is not possible that's why some guys come with their own videos or uniforms, you can buy a video on Sukhumvit for only 100b and then if you can not bring it home , just throw it away who cares for 100b ? Taking your own figures, you could increase your DVD list by 100% for a paltry 1K, it's not much to double your clients choice is it? The only thing you should be asking your customers to bring, is themselves and their wallet IMO. If they want porno DVDs and uniformes, provide them, and put a couple of baht on the drinks to cover the cost, they won't find cheaper, and go elsewhere because there isn't an elsewere. I do agree that you don't have to bend over backwards to meet your customers needs, but it seems to me also that it won't be too hard to meet some guys half way; Look at Pe7e point regarding the DVD choice, if they're only 100Baht each, why not invest in a couple and cover some topics/areas. With clothing, you may have a point, but than again, clothes are fairly cheap to make in Thailand to the best of my knowledge. Maybe something to consider if it's not costing too much....?
