Sounds like you have got a choice to die young or to start using your head (are both heads in good order? Definately something wrong with your heart. With symptoms you are describing in combi with the drugs and drinks you are or were taking I wonder whether it is really worth it to take Viagra especially since you explain to us you are not depended on it.

 

Sorry to say but the stuff you are consuming; the booze, caffeine drinks, recreational drugs are enough to fuck up your heart good and on top of that you fuck your self silly with the help of another stimulant which really loves to mess with vulnerable hearts. Doest make sense . Cant you forget the viagras, bulls/coffee/tea and just EASE up on the booze or forget about that too! Fat and meat is not very good for your arteries and heart either...it stops the blood flow to the heart.

 

Better is to make use of the advice of BuffHello to sport and drink lots of water (at least 4 liters a day in LOS). Daily aerobic activity is important for the following reasons: + This builds up stamina and muscles, also the dick's surrounding muscles so that you can fuck longer + it will make the happy hormones running so you will feel a lot better and much more assertive (So maybe you dont have to drink so much to get a girl).

 

These dick muscles (PC muscle) can be trained when you pee, start and stop peeing 3 to 6 times. Pee when really pushing out and stop quick. Do this exercise daily for a few minutes (can be done waiting for the bus or watching the telly) and built it up adding a few minutes each day. Do this in combination with deep belly breathing so the oxigen gets to the necessary parts. That means take a long breath in till you see your belly coming up.

 

This exercise alone will build up your stamina but will also EXTEND the pleasurable feelings big time! If you have done this for a few months you will have a total different energy and much more sexy feelings.
