Hi phil,

More or less the same thing in a different way, but I was told that a good and easy way to lose weight is to never eat after 6 pm. Many people are not disciplined enough to follow diets and exercise.

Another thing - these tables need to be taken with a pinch of salt. Maybe they are right for most people, but anybody with a lot of muscle will come out badly even though they may be super fit.

Well, not necessarily 'badly', but they might appear to be slightly overweight, when compared to the tables. This is simply because muscle tissue has a higher density than lipid (fat) tissue.
