Hi phil, More or less the same thing in a different way, but I was told that a good and easy way to lose weight is to never eat after 6 pm. Many people are not disciplined enough to follow diets and exercise. Another thing - these tables need to be taken with a pinch of salt. Khwai Well, not necessarily 'badly', but they might appear to be slightly overweight, when compared to the tables. This is simply because muscle tissue has a higher density than lipid (fat) tissue.
