It's indeed a nice article.

Looks like KSC will be playing up with the big guys next season again.

Wonder if the Zebra's will make it up. Went to see them for a few years, one game a season and my friend came to see Vitesse. That was still Bundesliga, they went down pretty much when I moves to Thailand.

Here's a funny one, according to 'De Volkskrant' in Holland, one Dutch team, FC Ado Den Haag, refuses to put up fire extinguishers in their stadium with the brandname Ajax!

:rotl:

:rotl::rotl::rotl:

At Schalke they have stopped selling bavarian sausages and replaced them with Frankfurter which is silly because a Frankfurter is not a bratwurst! According to the managment they loose 160.000 euros due to that replacement in 1 season!

Some stuff is just silly!

just a quickie for all you gooners.

not only are your 1st team squad not good enough to compete in any major competitions during the last 3 Months of the Season but the Youth also fail to hold a 2-0 lead and allow MU to storm back with 4 Goals.......... :chili:

just like MU's 1st team.............. :worship:

'Meanwhile United will face holders Liverpool in the FA Youth Cup final after an epic comeback win against Arsenal.

The United youngsters looked out at 2-0 down on aggregate but fought back and claimed a winner deep into extra time through 16-year-old Danny Welbeck.

After a goalless first period, Steve Bould's Arsenal youngsters took just a couple of minutes of the second half to seemingly seal their place in the final.

The ball broke to Rene Steer on the left who fired across goal to the far post from where the ball was knocked back in for 17-year-old Kieran Gibbs - scorer of the only goal in the first leg - to tap home.

Chris Fagan gave United hope when he tapped home after a free-kick scramble in the 73rd minute and Antonio Bryan ensured extra time when he slammed home three minutes into injury time.

Substitute Rhys Murphy clipped home in the last minute of the first extra period to restore the Gunners' lead but again United replied through Febian Brandy (108) and Welbeck (114)'
