Long Gun
Nothing to do with the Premier League - there ARE other leagues, and cup competitions, in England! Rename the forum or start a new one if you don't like it and just want to talk about German and Dutch football.
sayjann
come on CT,take a chill pill. your thread and your description about how this thread should be about anything but the EPL. a youth cup game between 2 teams is well suited in this thread and not in the PL thread where i could have mentioned it. still like a bear with a sore head because of how the Germans were cheated tonight?. oh sorry, should i have put that in the CL thread and not here??????????????? Steve
LG, you gotta be ready to give Keane hero status at Sunderland. He's doing a bang up job. I hope you guys get promotion. If for nothing else to hear you come on here and post about the derby with Newcastle...lol. He's asking Wenger for some of our youth and other players we may not be using. Smart move. We have a lot of quality that are good but coulnd't find a place and moved on. Look at Sidwell, Pennant, Bentley and others.
limbo
It's been a while, but it was a good start to the Easter weekend for all Vitesse fans, since 21st Jnauary their first victory was booked vs Sparta Rotterdam with a 3-0 home win. If the club below the river looses today vs PSV, we'll take their 11th place on goal difference. It looks like that's all we can achieve this season, ending higher than the club from Nijmegen. limbo
This is definately not one of Limbo's fave footbaal weekends, Arsenal lost, Vitesse won, which is very good , but than f*cking NEC beat PSV and stays 3 points clear of Vitesse. :onfire: This result also breaks open the Dutch League with Ajax being 3 points behind PSV and they play 2nd last in the League today. ChristianTroy
Check out the Bundesliga after Match Day 28, 6 more matches to go. Basically the top 4 can be champions but way more exciting is the the relegation fight, from 7 to 18 all teams are in big fat trouble, look how close it is. Best season ever! limbo
Looks indeed like an interesting situation! Gladbach is on the way out tho, that's a verin mit geschichte! Netzer, ah, those were the days.
limbo
Just had a look at the remaining games of the Dutch league and Vitesse has it in for them, 3 games left with away games to AZ (this weekend) #2 in the league and away to PSV, last game of the season, who are current #1. A home game vs Twente who're 4th. Doesn't look like Vitesse will finish above NEC this season. Maybe we can win vs PSV though, with their current form. 5555, that would spoil Zaad's season! ChristianTroy
Good luck Vitesse! Hope they beat PSV! (sorry Zaad) Alkmaar was very disappointing last night, Bremen is not as good anymore, they have many problems and lost their style! Seems Alkmaar was doing them a big favor last night by letting them play.
