junglesoup
Maddy did seem calm. He seems to take pride in his customer service and his business which is always a good thing.
MooNoi
Hi Maddy, Do you have WI-FI there for BYO laptop, or only your own computers in the shop? A real Aussie pie sounds tempting!

Khun004
And How many years has Big John been employing the same Business Concept in Thong Lor? Many years. A real shit hole by the way! -O I'll second that conclusion about Big John's in Thong Lor. Looks great on the web site ... sounds like a bargain paradise ... sounds almost like home away from home ... until you walk in the front door. I did recently' date=' with a visiting friend, wanting to see what all the web-site fuss was about. What a mess! Dirty, cluttered, disorganized. A large herd of sullen farang backpackers slouching about. Didn't smell too good either. We took a step inside, did an immediate about face, and went right back out. What a disappointment, because BJ's web site had our expectations pretty high. On the other hand, the web site for Kiwi Cafe offers little expectation at all. In fact, it is a terrible web site: 95% web design and only 5% substance. Here's the link, but it's hardly worth the time to click: http://www.kiwicafebangkok.com/index.html More and more, the web seems like that: The fanciest web sites often turn out to offer little value in product or service. While you can find some real gems if you are willing to look carefully at the more modest ones. Could say the same about women, too, eh?
junglesoup
Good analogy. The website looks nice but dioesnt have too much information or pictures of the place, staff etc. I dont know much abour websites but I read in some book that websites that are content rich do best in search engines. People go online to get information, too many sites go for the quick sale while the customer remains uninformed about the service or product. Makes sense really. Hornman
We have both our own computers and WIFI for those with laptops A big thumbs up for laptop users. The connection and individual table were well suited for business and leisure users.
