MikeN Posted February 7, 2007 Report Share Posted February 7, 2007 if she had permanent residency, then she would need to get a resident return visa, as shyguy said. but in your OP you say she has temporary residency ? so she has the 820 spouse temporary visa ? You had definitely better check with the immigration dept because her temporary entry visa would be cancelled when she uses it the first time ! I got onto DIMA and found the protocol is NO VISA-NO TICKET. Unlike falung coming to Thailand to recieve VOA and proof of return or onward travel required. The airlines from what I understand will only allow the purchase of a ticket and the boarding of a flight to Australia if the Thai passport holder has a visa to come here in the first place. FA...
