No, the Vietnam War started when the Vietnamese people decided that they wanted to take control of their own destiny without any involvement of colonial powers. MY guess is its one step nearer bombs dropping on Iran,and the mad mullahs don't understand that they are playing right into Bush/Blairs plans.
