It is owned and run by Calum Richardson and fiance Lindsay Petrie who have a combined experience of 23 years in the industry between them. Over the years they have gained many awards including Sea Fish Industry Authority Quality Awards and rbs shellivewire business growth challenge award. Calum won UK Young Fish Frier of the Year 2002-2004, while Lindsay was a finalist 2004-2005 and is now the proud winner of the current Young Fish Frier of the Year coveted title.
