Encore
FM: >I heard Laotians bitch about that a few years ago. So I asked what foreign beers were available in Laos. Uh ... none. < Not strictly true, Can get Heineken, Tiger etc in some places. But why would anybody fork out $$$ if you can get BL for so little? I pay 250 Bt for a crate of 12 big bottles of BL. Hard to beat. Hard to stay sober!
Weird
Not sure if it's been mentioned, but the Kiwi Cafe has Beerlao also. As I mentioned in another post I'm sitting here drinking one right now

Flashermac
As I recall, you could bring back a case. What's that ... 24 bottles? But that was a few years ago, when you couldn't get it at all in Thailand. p.s. Thai brewed Asahi is all right.
