.. Posted June 25, 2007 Report Share Posted June 25, 2007 People rag on AIS, but you know, I have never had a problem with them that was not efficiently resolved in a very short time. Here is another example. For some reason, my phone seems to not want to automatically select the network in Detroit (it did in LA and Vegas ). I had not thought of that, and was blaming AIS. A quick email to them and they checked the system and told me what to do. In ~12 hours. Pretty good, considering that most big companies in farangland do not respond to emails in less than a week, if ever ! Ya, their E-Service interface is a little clunky, but it works.
