Tiger Moth
I am living in Pattaya but would travel to BKK Panthip Plaza or someplace else if necessary. So, where in Pattaya would you suggest I buy a Ninetendo Wii? Would Panthip Plaza or someplace else be preferable? Thanks for any advise.
Mekong
I got mine last April in MBK. Make sure you get the 110 Vac US version and a step up transformer rather than the 220/240 Vac Japanese version, not much use in having a machine with all the menus in Japanese unless you can read it. Panthip has better choice of games.
liquidflux
How much are they going for in BKK? They're about $250 here in the states, IF you can find one.
Mekong
Last April I paid 14K Baht, I admit I am a "Boyz with their Toyz" Gadget freak, I think they are less than 10K Baht now.

BaronTT
I bought one in June for 14,000 in MBK, 3rd floor. It was chipped, which the vendor said costs $75. Came with 10 free games. Japanese version, NTSC (I think), 120VAC. Works well, except there is one game that always runs in Japanese. All of the other games I've tried can run in English. I think the same place has US versions of the Wii. Vendor seem pretty good.

zen4dummies
I bought one at MBK last March and paid about 15kb. Came with 12 free games. They have to modify it to play pirated games and it is no longer usable as a DVD player for movies. I bought the US version and also bought a 220/240vac power whatever to replace the 110vac original.
