Flashermac
I enjoy the epic, but I don't know about a movie version. Must be a bit gory. Does it have the battle with the dragon at the end of the tale? If you've read that, you can see how closely Tolkien followed the battle in his ending of The Hobbit. flacko
Saw the Movies version last night at the Emporium quite good,Although wasn't expecting it to be a animated movie at all. However the Animation was so good the characters looked like real life people.I am going to watch it again next time in 3D
Palatkik
Yes, might as well get your money's worth and watch in 3D as the story is pretty dumbed down so more of a visual spectacle. Good fun.
Flashermac
I've been told it sort of looks like a video game.
exit2dos
I liked it but wonder how and why they made every actor look like they were computer generated, like in a video game. I saw it killing time in Angeles City or I would have never gone to see it. Glad I did. Probably not as good on DVD.
khunsanuk
Hi, "I liked it but wonder how and why they made every actor look like they were computer generated, like in a video game. " I thought that was because they are. I was under the impression this is a fully computer generated movie. Haven't seen it yet though. Sanuk!
