frede
1962 A Black guy from Alabamma was smoking a cuban, it looked like his cock. A famous mamasan of the time then coined the phrase 'smoke' for blow job. As for yum yum falling out of favour, well that would have been June 3rd 1972. I hooker 'smoked' on the same, much older black guy. He was suffering from 'drippy dick' indeed it wasnt yum yum. It was, infact, totally unaroy. See above re mamasan# And that's how it came to pass. Any more questions?
Flashermac
For what it's worth, here's a serious answer. (Hope that doesn't get me banned.) The term was around in 1973 and dated back some time before that. It was a direct translation from the Thai SOOP. Only thing was in the '70s it was rare to find a BG who would SA-MOKE. The gals would look shocked if you asked and say, "Mouth for eating, not f*cking!" SOOP KHOO-AY was something khatoeys were suposed to do, not respectable BGs and whores. Things sure have changed. p.s. Never heard a Thai say "yum yum". What is it, Filipino slang?

..
p.s. Never heard a Thai say "yum yum". What is it, Filipino slang? Thanks for the history/language lesson Frash! Makes sense as à ¸ªà ¸¹à ¸? (soop) means smoke (verb, as in smoke a ciggie) amongst other things, right? I always thought "yum yum" was a Viet thing? Cheers, SD
