Hugh_Hoy
"there is a need for economic growth to meet the basic needs of the people and fight against poverty," said Su Wei, a member of the country's delegation at the U.N. Climate Change Conference in Bali." Does he admit that China's communist government/policies have not been able to meet the basic needs of it's people? And is he admitting that embracing capitalistic principals (industrialization in furtherance of international trade for profit) will appease the huge populace that might otherwise revolt against the "good old boys"?
