sayjann Posted December 22, 2007 Report Share Posted December 22, 2007 what's your choice this Year wether you be at home or abroad. i'm having 2 dinners............greedy. i'm at work on Xmas Day so on Sunday will have an old fashioned meal of 3 meats wrapped around each other. a roast of Goose,Turkey and Chicken with sprouts,parsnips(marinaded in honey and mustard sauce),swede,new potaotes(don't like roast)and cranberry sauce in some sort of alcohol. drinks will include Singha Beer and some cheap sparkly wine. Monday will be Seafood............ lobster,clams,mussells,prawns,winkles(with lot's of vinegar)etc with rich seafood sauces. and off course more Singha and cheap sparkly..... :thumbup: i hope you enjoy your meal/s as much as i will.............
