Guest lazyphil Posted January 4, 2008 Report Share Posted January 4, 2008 very true but on the same token if you do exercise/sport soley on a junk food diet without a good balance of protein, good fats, complex carbs, vits and minerals-grilled, steamed, baked rather than fried your body will suffer. nothing wrong with junk food now and then or getting boozed now and then. its down to common sense and moderation-you dont have to be a nutrianist or qualified sports therapists etc to figure it out the information is all out there.
