PhilAnders
in LOS, in general, if a frivolous suit is filed, must the party that brought forth such suit and ultimately loses pay the court fees? if the suit is won, however frivolous it may be, who pays the court costs? thai and expat taxpayers? is this case between galt and wade a civil or criminal case? frede
Seems to me that Galt's place in Thailand is going to, at some point, end in tears. I find myself kind of pittying him. I must be going soft. As my non-alcoholic, non-fiddling mother would say: 'Hes his own worst enemy'
rookie
...frivolous suit..or not... I recall reading a comment on Stickman's site, a few years ago, that the loser of the case pays court fees _and_ reimburses the winner for his/her court costs. Yet...I'm never certain about my ability to recall ;-) I dunno if Galt's suit was civil or criminal.
frede
I see that Mummy's special little boy is being called back to court for a final ruling, in person, in Sept. Taking bets on outcome?
