unit731
[color:green]The broken alarm clock is off to be repaired right at the manufacturer. I may end up with a 'new' alarm clock! Then who will be laughing then?[/color]
buffalo_bill
Unit - man , a very helpful and constructive post . Your approach is perfect . I am sure you will soon be contacted by their customer relations chief requesting further instructions . Maybe they invite you to the factory . Though you should avoid using stamps that say FREET TIBET or similar . BuBi

Neon Ninja
Lol, I bought a similar alarm clock to that one somewhere in the Royal Garden Plaza in Pattaya. Went on the "Motion theater" ride on the top floor and accidentally left it in the pouch in the seat in front of me. So I never got to enjoy my fine Chinese timepiece! I hope they send you a replacement! Never give up on your dream!! -=/NN
