unit731
I just take a vitamin cocktail every morning, the vitamin E is in the multivitamin that I take.Being a non-smoker, I do not worry about any vitamins causing me cancer. I would worry ore about the local environments that I am exposed to; puking black smoke from trucks/bus/motorsai, etc. *** Most *** of the bars no longer allow smoking inside, so this is a plus for me :-) Just a note: I have had one close relative who died of lung cancer. She never smoked. She never lived with anyone who smoked. She never worked with anyone who smoked. She never went out to places where there was 2nd hand smoke. dddave
I have a friend in Thailand who is a former physician. While he doesn't bother with vitamin supplements, he does believe in bolstering his immune system and takes a number of organic products such as Spirilina, Greed Algea and others, the names of which elude me. He applied quite a bit of research into this and thinks that there is benefit to it. Several of the things he takes are quite expensive and hard to find.
