The_Munchmaster
It's interesting how many dishes actually taste better when reheated the next day. Discuss.
carew66
Well, MM, it is an undisputed hard fact that my Thai-rish Stew tastes way better the next day! So much so, that I prepare it with the sole intention of eating it the day after. Or 28 days later. Curries - Indian/Bangladeshi curries - may often be improved as long as there's no rice adulterating the superb swimming sea of red oily ghee. Doner kebabs - never improve. Like, ever. Pies: Can be eaten anywhere, anytime, even years later (Amundsen's meat pies (Hollands) were edible 60 years after his expedition and were featured on the History Channel recently and Heston Bluementhal said they were delicious.)
