The street parallel to the main strip(where the King bars are). Haven't checked it out in some time, so don't know the extent to which they allow or disallow cigars now. You mean Patpong 2, right: downstairs the beerbars, foodland, SOL BJ bar and upstairs (the stair is close to SOL) some small indoor bar where in some they have karaoke tunes. or are you talking about something different?
