Guess I will have to accept travelling to the USA once more (when their stupid foreign immigration will be more relaxed) because I still have to visit Louisiana.. jesus Drogon,14 Years since i tasted the stuff. the version i had had more fish ingredients then meat but really tasty. but it was like a thick fish and vegetable stew with a little meat added. maybe not truly authentic but i imagine that different families would have their own 'secret' recipes. i know where i come from that within a 30 Mile radius you will find different kinds of rack of lamb. but they all taste lovely...........
