Steve Posted November 22, 2008 Author Report Share Posted November 22, 2008 I have a friend that interned at a major magazine that have similar lists and she said that the persons that compile the list are oftentimes gay men who use their own version of beauty, who is popular and who's publicists get wind of it and talk them into having them on the list.
