skirtlifter
Was wondering what's the deal getting passports for Thai kids...ie. under 16 y.o. My wife needs to renew hers and we're looking at getting the kids done as well. Any info re: documents, fees etc would be gratefully received. By the way, the father is deceased (I'm not the biological Dad)Cheers in advance
CTO
Wife did our kids passports. Very easy and quick. Same documents she needs for hers, there is a thread listing them. As long as she goes along with them no problems. We didn't need a letter stating approval as she was the mother - I assume the same.
..
We did ours a long time ago and they needed birth certificates back then (likely still do unless the kids are old enough to have an ID). You will probably need a death certificate for the father as well (I'm assuming here, but makes sense). Cheers, SD
